Day 1. Copenhagen - arrival

Arrival in Copenhagen in the morning.
Transfer to hotel in the city centre.

Excursion around Copenhagen - the capital of Denmark.
You will see the sights of the city centre: the complex of the Royal Residence Amalienborg, the statue of Frederick, the changing of the royal guard, the Town Hall Square, Tivoli, the coastal district Nyhavn, the house of Christian Andersen, the statue of Mermaid.

Day 2. Copenhagen - Departure by cruise to Oslo

  • Travel to Sweden: the picturesque Riviera of Zealand Island, ferry across the strait to Sweden, the cities of Lunn, Malmo, return to Copenhagen by the famous Oresund Bridge across the strait between Sweden and Denmark.
  • Visit to Legoland, Tivoli, zoo.
  • Shopping along Europe's longest pedestrian street Stroget.
14:00 - Boarding the ship and departure by ferry to Oslo at 15:00.

Get acquainted with Oslo during a sightseeing tour (4 hours by car). You will see the centre of Oslo, the building of Parliament, City Hall, Royal Palace, medieval fortress Akershus, modern Opera building in the form of an iceberg at Oslo Fjord, visit the famous museums of Kon-Tiki raft of Thor Heyerdahl, polar ship of Fram Nansen and Amundsen, unique Vigeland Sculpture Park and ski jump Holmenkollen.

Free time in Oslo.
Optional: cruise on Oslo Fjord.

Day 4. Oslo - Sognefjord, ca. 360 km

Breakfast at the hotel.

Start your journey with a guide-driver on the route "Norway in miniature".
The route takes you along a scenic road passing cosy towns and villages, ascending the plateau and passing mountain rivers and lakes.

Then you will descend to Sognefjord, the longest fjord in Norway and the second longest in the world.
Drive to Stegastein viewpoint, which literally overhangs the fjord, where you can take stunning photos.

Free time in Flom, picturesquely located on the shores of the Aurlandsfjord.

Next, a 2-hour cruise on Neroyfjord, the narrowest UNESCO-listed fjord in the world, and Aurlandsfjord, the arms of the Sognefjord.

Optional at the fjords:
  • Visit to a coastal village with goat cheese tasting,
  • Ride on the Flåmsbana excursion railway, 2 hours
  • Visit to a Viking village
  • Sauna on the fjord (cost per group on request).
Next, transfer to Mirkdalen.
You will stop at the Stalheim Gorge viewing platform at the mountain serpentine - the steepest in Northern Europe.

Overnight in a hotel on the shore of the fjord or in the mountains.
Day 5. Sognefjord - Hardangerfjord - Bergen, approx. 270 km

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to the picturesque Hardangerfjord with a stop at the waterfall Twindefossen.

Then transfer to Eidfjord and visit the famous waterfall Vorringfossen with the highest fall height in Norway.
Walk to the viewing platforms above the waterfall and walk down the stairs to the bottom.

Then drive through the Mobudalen valley, stopping at scenic spots with views of mountain lakes and glacier.

Continue travelling to Bergen along the scenic shores of the Hardangerfjord.

Optional cruise or sea rafting on the fjord.

Visit to the glacier.

Stop at the Steindalsfossen waterfall, which you can then follow behind along the rock, as well as at scenic spots along the fjord's shores.

Arrival in Bergen, the "gateway to the kingdom of the fjords" and the trading capital of Norway during the Middle Ages, when the city, together with Great Novgorod, was a member of the powerful Hanseatic trading union.

Free time in Bergen.

A short sightseeing tour of the city and its surroundings. You will see the Hanseatic Bruggen Promenade, the medieval fortress Bergenshus and Rosenkrantz Tower, St Mary's Church, the old part of the city, the famous Fish Market with tasting of Norwegian seafood.

Dinner in a restaurant on the Promenade or on Bergen's mountain with stunning views of the city, coast and Bergen Archipelago (ascending by cable car, the scenic area on the mountain is also popular for relaxing in nature and hiking among the lakes).

Day 6. Bergen

Optional:
  • climbing up one of Bergen's mountains by cable car. Possible hike of approx. 5 hours between two Bergen mountains from the cable car to the funicular railway,
  • visit to the estate of Norwegian composer Edvard Grieg, picturesquely located in nature by the lake, concert
  • a cruise on the bay of Bergen, where you will have a picturesque view of the Hanseatic promenade Briggen and the Bergen Mountains, and further along the skerry and fjord coast to Mostraumen. You will sail through the Usterfjorden fjord, numerous waterfalls, and the beautiful shores of western Norway. If you are lucky, you will be able to see seals on the rocky shores and sea eagles (3,5-4 hours, 72 EUR/person).
  • Organisation of a fishing trip with catch tasting and grilling in nature (price on request).

Day 7. Bergen - Stockholm
