Book
price per group 991 EUR
Our excursion begins in cozy coastal town of Molde, the 'city of roses and jazz', famous worldwide for its popular annual jazz festivals. You’ll stop at the viewpoint Varden, 407 metres above sea level, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the picturesque fjord coastline of the Møre og Romsdal region and the 222 snow-clad peaks of the Romsdal Alps.
Next, a half-hour ferry cruise across the fjord and the start of your journey into the kingdom of the Trolls. You will pass along the picturesque coast of Storfjorden, stop at the Gudbrandsjuvet ravine with beautiful waterfalls and head directly to the famous mountain serpentine Trollstigen. You will have the opportunity to stroll to the viewpoints along the Troll Ladder with its famous waterfalls and, if time permits, even hike part of the Troll Ladder.
Arrival in the fjord town of Åndalsnes at the foot of the mountain with the Troll Ladder.
Optional cable car to the top of Nesaksla mountain 708 metres above sea level. You will enjoy a 360 degree panoramic view of the Romsdal Mountains, the centre of Åndalsnes, the green valleys and the emerald waters of the Rauma River. There is a good restaurant for lunch on the mountain.
If you wish, you can stroll directly from the top of the mountain to the Rampestreken viewpoint (20 min each way).
Short break for lunch and continue the trip to the highest steep cliff in Northern Europe "Troll Wall". You will also see the emerald waters of the Rauma River and stroll by the waterfall near the famous Kylling bridge. The bridge is suspended 60 metres above the emerald-green River Rauma.
Back to Molde with a pass along the strawberry valley of Valldal, where you can taste the sweet Norwegian strawberries with their unique flavour, thanks to the white nights of Norway and the almost round-the-clock summer sunshine.
